Good to know

• In-store authentication only, by appointment — photos and videos are not accepted.
• Most results are ready within about 15 minutes while you wait. Occasionally an item needs further review by Entrupy, which can take up to 24 hours.
• If your item is verified authentic, an Entrupy certificate is emailed to you. If it is found not to be authentic, no certificate is issued, but we provide a screenshot of the Entrupy result.
• Fees are non-refundable, regardless of the result. A full refund applies only if Entrupy declines the item or cannot authenticate it.
• We do not authenticate watches, or handbags in exotic leathers (crocodile, alligator, ostrich, lizard).
