Order Processing and Delivery Schedule:

Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:

Order Cut-off Time: 5 PM (GMT-05:00) EST

Order Handling Time: 1-3 Business days (Monday-Friday) 

Transit Time: 4-7 Business days ( Monday-Friday)  

Total delivery time: Estimated delivery time based on customer locations All destinations: 5-10 business days

Order Confirmation:

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Shipping Carrier:

We partner with Canada Post and UPS to ensure timely and safe delivery. 

Shipping Locations:

We ship within The USA and Canada.

Shipping Fee:

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada and a fixed $80 CAD for the USA.

Lost Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
  3. Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
  4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Delivery Issues

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to high shipping volumes, courier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
