How we authenticate

    Every piece that comes through our doors is examined by our certified in-house authentication team — construction, stitching, materials, hardware, stamps, serials and date codes — checked against our reference library and more than a decade of handling these pieces.

    An extra layer of reassurance

    Every piece we sell is also verified by one of our trusted third-party authentication partners — an independent second opinion, so you are never relying on one set of eyes alone.

    No surprises, ever

    Every listing states the condition out of 10 and exactly what’s included, but we don’t stop there. Ask about any piece and we’ll send additional detail photos — corners, hardware, interior, wear — so you can decide with the full picture. And we’ll never say no to more: keep asking and we’ll keep taking them until you’re satisfied.

Does every piece get a third-party check?

Yes. Every piece we sell is reviewed by our in-house experts and then verified by one of our third-party partners — LegitGrails, Entrupy or AuthenticateFirst, whichever best suits the piece — before it reaches you. If you’d like it documented, you can add a certificate to any order.

What is the third-party authenticity certificate?

An independent document from one of our partner services confirming your piece is authentic — useful for gifts, insurance or resale. Add it to any order and it ships with your piece.

Can you authenticate a bag I didn’t buy from you?

Yes. Bring it to our showroom by appointment and our team will verify it; a third-party certificate is available on request. Book an appointment.
