At Lafayette Consignment, we want you to shop with confidence. Due to the nature of the consignment business, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds, unless the item is found to be inauthentic.

We carefully inspect and authenticate every item we sell, and provide detailed descriptions and photos to help you make an informed purchase.

Authenticity Concerns

If you believe there is an issue with the authenticity of your item, please contact us at sales@lafayetteconsignment.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to investigate the concern and resolve the matter appropriately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging all items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition and as described. However, in the rare event your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right. All claims must be submitted promptly upon delivery. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
